Notice About Office Signs and the Use of New Copper

Dear Valued Office Sign Company Customer,

 

We want to direct your attention to an upcoming raw material change, so you can plan accordingly. If you have previously purchased metal signs with our copper selection, we want to notify you of a slight change in hue to expect. Due to a desire to offer a copper whose hue is truer to that which our customers should come to expect, we have made the move to offering our “New Copper” for sale on select metal office sign products. We are in the process of depleting our stock in our “Old Copper,” which will still be available until all raw materials are sold out. Please note that if you have purchased Old Copper in the past, or if you choose to do so despite this notice, we may not have any Old Copper left in stock at the time you wish to re-order. Please review the graphic below to see the difference between our Old Copper and our New Copper.

The changes you can expect with this new copper will be as follows:

  • Hue: whereas our old copper had a more reddish hue, our new copper more closely resembles the true copper you would find in a penny.
  • Weight: a slightly greater weight is evidenced in our new copper products.
  • Quality: the quality of the metal itself, as well as the print that exists on the metal, is higher on our new copper product.
  • Price: due to the increased quality of our new copper, customers will also see prices rise slightly for “copper” selections on our product listings (price increase will vary based on size of sign).
