CNC Operator
Primary Duties
- Operate fabrication equipment, primarily engravers, and CNC routers to create high quality office and personal signage
- Perform thorough cleaning and quality checks of all products before passing them on to other departments
- Efficiently produce a wide variety of signs to reach and exceed departmental production goals and meet tight deadlines
- Assist in the design and fabrication of custom signage to help customers with their needs using a multitude of materials and processes
- Understand machine capabilities and processes to help maximize efficiency and quality
- Learn to troubleshoot variances in materials and make machine adjustments accordingly
- Assist with prototyping new processes and signage ideas to increase product catalog
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Office Sign Company and affiliated brand's products and services
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of production equipment to ensure high quality products and efficient production
- Communicate clear needs and ideas through verbal and written communication in a positive, professional manner
- Maintain consistent communication with your team and manager
Secondary Duties
- Provide backup support to other production departments with the willingness to jump in and help when necessary
- Research industry trends on signage and educate team members on research
- Contribute to high-level discussions about department operations and growth
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned by your manager
Required & Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience working with CNC machines
- Knowledge or prior experience utilizing Adobe Illustrator, or similar software preferred
- Previous experience with maintaining shop equipment and materials, as well as troubleshooting and diagnosing machine malfunctions/failures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong knowledge in technology, including computers and manufacturing equipment preferred
General Qualifications & Attributes
- Demonstrate key attributes in all interactions: positive attitude, accountability, respect, integrity and trust
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Installer / Production
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Graphic Installer and Large Format Operator to join our dynamic production team. The primary role is responsible for installing vinyl graphics, vehicle wraps, and signage. When needed, they will operate and maintain large format UV and roll-to-roll printers, producing high-quality printed graphics.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical printing expertise, hands-on installation experience, craftsmanship, and problem-solving ability. This position requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities: Vinyl Graphics & Installation
- Install vinyl vehicle wraps including full wraps, partial wraps, and spot graphics
- Install interior and exterior signage, banners, window graphics, wall murals, and displays
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, treating, and removing contaminants to ensure proper adhesion
- Perform precise cutting and trimming of vinyl to fit complex surfaces and contours
- Conduct quality checks to ensure graphics are defect-free and meet specifications
- Safely remove existing wraps and graphics and prepare surfaces for reinstallation
- Work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and clients to execute projects accurately
Primary Responsibilities: Printing & Production
- Operate and maintain large format UV and solvent roll-to-roll printers as needed
- Print artwork on a variety of materials to meet production goals and deadlines as needed
- Understand machine capabilities to maximize efficiency and print quality
- Troubleshoot material variances and make machine adjustments as needed
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of production equipment
- Assist with plotting, weeding, and preparing vinyl for installation
- Assist with prototyping new signage processes and product ideas
- Monitor inventory levels for materials, supplies, and parts
General & Team Responsibilities
- Cross-train within departments and assist with additional tasks as needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management
- Maintain detailed records and consistent project communication
- Follow all safety protocols and use PPE appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Vehicle wrap experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with heat guns, squeegees, plotters/cutters, and measuring tools
- Knowledge of vinyl types and application techniques
- General computer proficiency
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of design terminology and principles
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for precision and aesthetics
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 3+ years of experience installing vinyl graphics and signage
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
