  • Lead and facilitate a team of great communicators. The Director of Customer Success will support the Customer Success Managers in delivering strong and effective communication to customers, as well as to internal departments
  • Train, lead and nurture existing customer service team members, as well as recruit and hire additional “A” team members to meet and exceed customer demand
  • Maintain clear, accurate, consistent communication with our CEO and management team on the status of your department operations and personnel
  • Answer and support all customer questions and product inquiries, and satisfy all customer complaints. Ability to assist customers with creating custom sign solutions
  • Develop a system that allows us to use customer compliments, suggestions, and complaints to continually drive improvements to our service
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least three years of experience managing customer service operations, employees and processes is required
  • Candidates must enjoy managing and leading others
  • Previous work experience in the sign industry is preferred

INTERNAL ACCOUNTANT

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and enter daily/monthly journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations including (but not limited to) daily sales and daily spending.
  • Create and mail invoices, statements, and past-due letters. Monitor and collect accounts receivables, manage accounts receivable/payable. Past due communications via email and letter as well as phone calls to all past due customers - Professional communication skills, written and verbal are required.
  • Reconcile accounts and compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Track purchases for Use tax and file quarterly Sales and Use tax reports.
  • Help prepare tax return documentation and estimated taxes quickly and accurately.
  • Assist with new hire documentation, including benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance and Simple IRAs. Perform various other benefits duties.
  • Identify tax deduction entitlements. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with co-workers, management, vendors, and customers.
  • Resourceful towards creating high standards in accounting processes and personal continued education.
  • Create and maintain budgets, document reasons for discrepancies of actual vs forecasted.
  • Related tasks assigned by Management.
  • Clear and consistent communication with the CEO and management team.
  • Assist management with auditing our bi-weekly Payroll hours and payroll data.
  • Ability to quickly learn our internal processes and simple Order Admin to help alert us of old invoices, late payments and discrepancies in daily sales or customer order data.
  • Prepare and enter monthly journal entries.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Quickbooks
  • Strong organizational, analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information
  • Superior communication skills

SIGN PRODUCTION SPECIALIST - SUBLIMATION

We seek to hire a positive, energetic, and self-motivated Sign Production Specialist to produce high quality sublimated signage. Our ideal candidate will fit into our fast-paced production environment and strong team culture.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Operate fabrication equipment, primarily sublimation heat presses to fuse printed graphics to sublimated substrates, such as metal, creating high quality office and personal signage
  • Operate light-duty and Heavy duty shears to measure and cut basic, yet precise sign substrates
  • Perform thorough cleaning and quality checks of all sublimated products before passing them onto Assembly or other departments
  • Efficiently produce a wide variety of sublimated signs to reach and exceed departmental production goals
  • Troubleshoot variances in materials and make machine adjustments accordingly
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Office Sign Company and affiliated brand’s products and services
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of production equipment to ensure high quality products and efficient production
  • Consistent communication to your team and manager

SECONDARY DUTIES

  • Provide backup support to other production departments with the willingness to jump in and help when necessary
  • Research industry trends on signage, particularly in sublimated products and educate team members on research
  • Contribute to high-level discussions about department operations and growth
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned by your manager

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience working in the sign industry or in a productions or quality control environment
  • Knowledge or prior experience utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar software
  • Previous experience with maintain shop equipment and materials, as well as troubleshooting and diagnosing machine malfunction/failure
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have an unmatched attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must possess a strong knowledge in technology, including computers, internet, phones, etc.
