PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Maintain the corporate mission & values of providing the highest quality of customer service, while setting and upholding high standards for our customer success department.
  • Create continuous efforts to result in customer loyalty, customer retention, and growth.
  • Answer and support all customer questions and product inquiries in record time across many platforms including email, phone, chat, text, walk-ins, and more.
  • Remove friction points in customer experiences.
  • Lead and build a team of great communicators. The Director will support Customer Success Managers in delivering strong and effective communication to customers, as well as to internal departments.
  • Help create goals and solutions to alleviate/eliminate employee errors to improve your team.
  • Train, lead, and nurture existing Customer Success team members, as well as recruit and hire additional “A” team members to meet and exceed our quality standards.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least three years of experience managing customer service operations, employees, and processes is required. Candidates must enjoy managing and leading others. Previous work experience in the sign industry is preferred.
  • Must have a clear understanding of business profitability, profit and loss statements, and budgeting.
  • Must have excellent adaptability and resourcefulness.
  • Must demonstrate the following key attributes daily: positive attitude, accountability, respect, trust, and humility.
  • Must be driven by results with a preference for action & follow-through.
  • Must have superior attention to details AND accuracy.

VINYL & INSTALL SPECIALIST

We seek to hire a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to successfully execute sign installation projects, as well as assist in the weeding, finishing, and preparation of graphics in our vinyl department.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Become intimate with Office Sign Company's products, services, culture, and staff. As a key component in our production department, it's imperative for an eligible candidate to become immersed in our company processes.
  • Aid with the installation calendar, bridging the gap between production and account managers to assist with client installs.
  • Prepare signage products for installation, and successfully install said products on a variety of different surface types (including glass, drywall, brick, concrete, and more).
  • Ensure that the right materials, equipment, and personnel are accounted for prior to any sign installation job.
  • Work with our Production Managers and departmental leads to cross-train in every production department, being able to fill in and assist wherever needed.
  • Continually research best practices, industry trends, and installation techniques, so as to ensure that we are utilizing the highest level of quality in our sign production and installation work.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients for whom we are installing signage projects.
  • Have an eye for excellent design, and a solid understanding of how to turn great designs into beautifully finished products.

SECONDARY DUTIES

  • Contribute to high-level discussions about departmental goals and operations.
  • Provide backup support to all production departments.
  • Other duties, to be assigned by the Production Managers.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must value service, culture, initiative, grit, improvement and quality.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the sign industry or in a production environment is preferred.
  • Must have general technological knowledge, including understanding of computers, internet, phones, cameras, etc.
  • Must demonstrate punctuality and be excellent at organization and time management.
  • Must exemplify professionalism with customer interactions.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to multi-task and change directions quickly.
  • Must have superior attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be able to communicate openly with team members and management about ideas, problems, and needs.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be adaptable and resourceful.
