Professional Interior Signs - Return Policy

We are capable of producing the most professional office signs and full color name plates & custom interior signage for any business, professional environment or entryway. We pride ourselves on our sign products and your satisfaction is our main concern.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, please let us know within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund or make our best effort to resolve any possible problem. Damaged or unsatisfactory signs need to be shipped back to us. If the sign issue is our mistake we will pay for shipping. For other returns we cannot issue credits or refunds without the customer shipping the product back to us. Please note we are not responsible for errors entered by the customer - Orders submitted with errors made by the customer do not apply for a credit or replacement. Canceled orders will incur a restocking or cancellation fee up to 25% (this is for refused orders or orders that are returned for no particular reason and have no error on our part. Refused orders may incur additional ground expense as UPS will charge us for return shipping back to us).
